Wheel of Fortune
Release date: 31/12/1994

Wheel of Fortune

The Sega Mega-CD version of Wheel of Fortune was handled by rightsholders Sony themselves through Sony Imagesoft and Absolute Entertainment rather than through GameTek, in a similar fashion to their other game show Mega-CD game, Jeopardy!. As with Jeopardy!, this game is a flashier production, featuring animated videos, animated sprites, and voice samples of Vanna White (sans Pat Sajak again) and the model contestants and a full spinning Wheel, but also cuts back in other places (most noticeably, Vanna isn't animated as turning letters at all; she merely walks by and the letters turn themselves).

Jeopardy!
Release date: 31/12/1994

Jeopardy!

Based on the TV quiz show of the same name. This CD game features full motion video sprites of the host, Alex Trebek, and the contestants as well as digital track of the theme song and the host's voice. You can play in a multiplayer game or against the computer and can select the number of contestants and the gender and appearance of your own contestant. There is a larger database of questions than any of the cartridge versions due to the increased capacity of the CD media versus cartridge media of the time.

Master Break
Release date: 31/12/1991

Master Break

Master Break is a snooker themed quiz game that can be played by up to four players. In a single player game the aim is to get the highest break (up to a maximum of 147) while the multi player game is simply about getting the highest score. The player starts with a red ball question and the player has to answer by choosing one of three alternatives before time runs out. After that the player can choose between balls of different colours with different subjects. There are six categories of questions: science & nature, pop music, geography, sports & pastimes, art and history. Each player can pass up to three red questions. In a multi player game an "over pocket" sign might appear and answering wrong will then lead to a foul shot. Foul shots lead to the opponents being awarded points.
